CEOs2Go offers a 3-tier approach to our contracts.
Tier 1 – Retainer
CEOs2Go charges a modest monthly retainer during the contracted period. This retainer is negotiated with the client and based on the upfront services to be performed. We evaluate the mix of time needed on-site vs. from our office as well as the resources required on a monthly basis. This rate is well below the market rate for other senior management consulting firms. The monthly retainer is due and payable on the first day of each month in the contract period.
Tier 2 – Performance Incentive
The CEOs2Go philosophy is one of partnership and “real” growth. The second tier of our compensation will be based on the actual success of the plans developed and implemented. This could be in the form of a percentage of incremental growth, a sharing of the profitability gains or other variable measures that can be attributed directly to the work performed. This gives our clients the assurance that they are realizing the benefits of the CEOs2Go services prior to having to pay incentive money out.
Tier 3 – Long-term Partnership
In some cases, CEOs2Go can become a long-term advisory partner for our clients. When this option is beneficial to the client, CEOs2Go will offer on-going advisory services in exchange for a small ownership interest in the client’s company.
By dividing our price structure into these three elements, CEOs2Go can keep the front-end retainers well below market rates, making our fees affordable for small or financially challenged businesses.
